Dr. Thomas Feuillen
Thomas Feuillen received his PhD degree from UCLouvain (Belgium) in 2021. Before joining the University of Luxembourg, Thomas was a scientific expert for Mitsubishi Electric Research Lab (MERL) in Boston and for the SPARC team at SnT from 2021 to 2022. His research interests are in radar signal processing and sampling theory with a focus on computational sensing. Thomas joined the Signal Processing Applications in Radar and Communications research group, SPARC, headed by Prof. Bhavani Shankar Mysore Rama Rao in late 2022 as a Research Associate. He was a visiting student during his PhD in the Signal Processing team of Prof. Mike E. Davies in Edinburgh. He is also an invited researcher at Imperial College London in the team of Prof. Ayush Bhandari. Thomas is one of the founding co-general chairs of the International Symposium on Computational Sensing (iscs2023.com) as well as part of the Organising Committee of ICASSP23 and ICASSP24. In late 2023 Dr. Thomas Feuillen became a Research Scientist at SnT after acquiring the competitive CORE-Junior grant from FNR for his work on computational radar called SURF.
